Hotel Chain Brand Audio Identity
Challenge
A global hotel chain wants consistent brand-specific ambient audio across all properties with centrally managed seasonal playlist updates — individual properties cannot override brand audio.
Solution
Exstreamer SoundScape Player at each property receives brand playlists from the central SoundScape Portal. Front desk managers cannot override the brand audio schedule. Marketing updates seasonal playlists once across all properties globally.
Hotel Room Service Intercom
Challenge
A hotel needs PoE-powered intercom between guest rooms and the front desk, with relay output for door unlock — all using the existing hotel LAN without new audio wiring.
Solution
Annuncicom 100 at each room connects over the hotel LAN (PoE from existing switches). Relay output interfaces with door lock. Annuncicom PS1 at the front desk handles all room calls with gooseneck mic and headphone for private conversation.
Stadium Multi-Zone Event Audio
Challenge
A stadium needs to distribute commentary, match audio, and pre-match music to different zones (stands, concourse, VIP lounge, press box) from a central mixing desk — with independent volume per zone.
Solution
Instreamer encodes the mixing desk output as an IP audio stream. Exstreamer 200 (2×25W amplified output) at each zone decodes the stream and drives the zone speakers. Exstreamer 1000 handles the press box with AES/EBU professional digital audio connection to broadcast equipment.
Restaurant Background Music with Live Override
Challenge
A restaurant chain streams corporate BGM normally but needs local DJs to feed through their mixer during special events — without software configuration changes.
Solution
Exstreamer 205 handles both: IP streamed BGM during normal hours, and stereo line-in feed-through from the DJ mixer during events. Staff switch between sources with an IR remote — no IT involvement required.
